The communication and the provision of data are strictly necessary for the performance of the task, even if they remain optional.

I dati personali trattati per l’espletamento dell’incarico professionale vengono conservati per almeno tre anni dalla data della definizione della lite, dal termine di prescrizione o comunque dall’espletamento dell’incarico (art. 2961 c.c.).

I documenti fiscali e contabili e le fatture verranno conservati come per legge.
