Consulting and Assistance
The firm offers personalized consultancy according to the “ongoing consultancy” method aimed at studying strategies aimed at preventing possible disputes.
The firm also offers its assistance and legal advices both in the extrajudicial and judicial phases, as well as in the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) phase regarding assisted negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and in transactions.

Teaching
The Firm organizes and carries out simple and accredited law courses both in Italian and English. The courses are managed and run independently as well as in collaboration with training agencies.
Thanks to a multi-level approach and a theoretical-practical training, always dynamic and interactive, we are able to propose customized training courses for companies, entrepreneurs, freelancers and individuals who intend to understand or deepen the legal issues dealt with by the Firm.
We can also provide follow-up services (aimed at monitoring the acquisition and use of the skills acquired during the courses) and constant updating.
Translations
The Firm carries out translations, both written and oral, from English to Italian and vice versa, including legalization of documents and Apostille on behalf of the customer.
All translations and sworn translations are carried out by the Lawyer Jessica Antonello, registered in the Register of Interpreters and Translators in English – C.A.T.C Technical Consultant Office of the Court of Lucca.

We also deal with simple and sworn translations and interpreting into/from the English language, legalization of documents and Apostilles.
We organize law courses, including accredited courses, in law in the relevant subjects. All the courses can also be organized in English.
